Eligibility Criteria for Manager & Senior Manager Post under DMRC |

| Education Qualification | You need to have Graduation Degree in Electrical Engineering from Govt. Recognized Institute or University. |
| Work Experience | |
| A.) For Sr. Manager: Candidate currently working in or retired (in case of application on Post Retirement contractual engagement basis) from Level-11 (Rs. 67700-208700/-) or, higher, in CDA pay scale, or, Rs. 60000-180000/- or higher, in IDA pay scale, with minimum 15 years of professional experience in MRTS in the respective system, in the Indian Railways/ CPSUs.
B.) For Manager: Candidate currently working in or retired (in case of application on Post Retirement contractual engagement basis) from Level-11 (Rs. 67700-208700/-), or, higher, in CDA pay scale or Rs. 60000- 180000/- or higher, in IDA pay scale, with minimum 8 years of professional experience in MRTS in the respective system, in the Indian Railways/ CPSUs. |
